SYNOPSIS
The engineering profession is essential for the progress and well-being of societies and nations. Engineers bring together advance scientific knowledge, technical skills and creativity to solve highly complex problems, design & deliver innovative & effective solutions; and in the process, improve the quality of life and shape a better future.
This talk will unveil a global best practice - how the latent trait diversity could be leveraged to exponentially enhance the creativity and innovation capacity of high performance engineering teams., supported by published global meta-analytic empirical evidences and proprietary scientific methodologies. Critical latent trait categories will be identified, and the psychometric measurements of the individual latent traits, culminating into teams’ innovation potential (predictive) indices will be explained.
Learning Outcomes: To provide the audience with: (i) deep understanding of the psychology of team creativity, innovation and performance; (ii) how latent (hidden) traits of individual engineers that are critical for innovation are identified and measured, and (iii) how engineering teams could leverage on latent traits to achieve breakthrough performances.
