OBJECTIVE
The objectives of the Material Engineering Technical Division (MATD) are:
- To promote and advance the science and profession of material engineering.
- To advocate importance of material engineering as an interdisciplinary engineering field.
- To foster involvement of its members in national and international activities related to material engineering.
- To serve as a referral source related to engineering materials for the interest of the country.
MEMBERSHIP
Members of the IEM in any grade may become members of the Material Engineering Technical Division. Membership is elected by registration with the Division and no extra membership fees shall be payable.
