Guidelines – Admission to the grade of Senior Member

1. Election to the grade of Senior Member shall be by transfer from the grade of Member.
2. An applicant for transfer into this grade shall produce evidence to the satisfaction of the Council-:
    
   1. That he has been a Member of the Institution for more than 10 years, OR
   2. That he has not less than 15 years’ working experience as an engineer and has been a Member of the Institution for not less than 3 years
   3. The applicant is required to submit his curriculum vitae (CV) certified by the Proposer/Seconder of the same discipline of the applicant
   NOTES

   ALL DOCUMENTS MUST BE CERTIFIED BY THE PROPOSER / SECONDER, PREFERABLY IN THE SAME DISCIPLINE WITH THE APPLICANT

   FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THE ABOVE WILL RESULT IN THE DELAY IN PROCESSING YOUR APPLICATION
