SYNOPSIS
ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) serves as a strategic framework for companies to achieve sustainable and ethical operations. It involves developing action plans, setting goals, monitoring progress, and transparently reporting outcomes. This process helps companies address sustainability challenges and provides stakeholders with clear insights into the company's direction and impact.
This hands-on workshop provides step-by-step training on writing basic sustainability reports aligned with IEM Simplified ESG Disclosure Guidelines for all engineering sectors.
Participants will learn to structure reports effectively, identify material issues, set measurable goals, track progress, and craft transparent disclosures that meet stakeholder expectations. With practical exercises, templates, and best practices, the workshop equips attendees to develop clear, compliant sustainability reports, serving as a foundation for their organization's ongoing ESG journey.
