About Menara KEN TTDI

Menara KEN TTDI is a multiple platinum award-wining green building. With a design aimed at maximising natural light and features such as the zoned-air-conditioning system, the structure focuses on creating energy efficient work and recreational spaces. Building worklife balance into its spaces and with space efficiency at the heart of its design, the tower features column-free office suites and rooftop recreational facilities such as a gymnasium, swimming pool and a sky bar. Menara KEN TTDI will also be complete with food & beverage outlets, ballroom and function spaces a performing arts theatre and an art gallery.

Menara KEN TTDI to be more of a cultural building as its arts gallery features a permanent collection of over 100 pieces by talented Malaysian artists while the three (3) exhibition halls are suitable for art exhibitions, social functions and more. The green concept designed to embody the essence of energy efficiency, the structure focuses on maximising natural light with its double-glazed low-emmission glass facade. With only an 18% reflective rate, the building is filled with ample natural lighting. The full height glass panels also accord each corporate office suites with stunning views of their surrounds. This is a building that should be visited to see with your own eyes the actual green building technology for the future.
