In accordance with the IEM Graduate and Student Section’s Bylaws and Regulations (No. 39), notice is hereby given that the 56th Annual General Meeting will be held as follows: -

Date : 27th June 2026
Time : 10.00 a.m. -12.00 p.m.
Venue : Auditorium Malakoff, Wisma IEM & Zoom Platform (Hybrid)

Agenda:
1. Opening Address by Chairman for Session 2025/2026.
2. Confirmation of Minutes of the 55th Annual General Meeting held on 21st June 2025 (Saturday)
3. Graduate and Student Section’s (Young Engineers Section) Annual Report and Financial Statements.
4. Results of Election of Office Bearers for Session 2026/2027 and Appointment of Internal Auditors.
5. Closing Remarks by Chairman for Session 2026/2027.
6. Any Other Business*
