SYNOPSIS
The technical visit to Pusat Hidrografi Nasional (PHN) provides IEM members with exposure to Malaysia’s hydrographic functions and capabilities. Participants will gain insights into hydrographic surveying, nautical charting, and marine geospatial data management, supporting maritime safety and coastal development. The visit enhances understanding of hydrography’s role in offshore engineering and infrastructure planning, supports continuous professional development (CPD), and promotes professional networking and inter-agency collaboration.
NOTE
• The visit is strictly limited to only thirty (30) participants registered and fully paid on a
first-come, first-served basis.
