                | Topic: Alternative Green Solutions On-Site Detention Tank System
In Collaboration with Graf Germany & Myhomepalm Intergrated S/B

 SYNOPSIS

 Session 1:

Urbanisation and climate change demand stormwater solutions that go beyond conventional approaches. Guided by the Manual Saliran Mesra Alam (MSMA), this presentation highlights how green infrastructure—such as bio-retention, permeable pavements, and detention ponds—can strengthen urban resilience. By bridging MSMA principles with innovative practices, stormwater management can mitigate floods while enhancing liveability, sustainability, and long-term urban resilience.

 Session 2:

This topic introduces Graf Ecobloc, an innovative stormwater management solution designed to meet the Malaysian Standard MSMA (Manual Saliran Mesra Alam) On-Site Detention requirements while addressing the industry’s growing demand for sustainable, safe, and efficient infrastructure. Participants will gain insights into how Graf Ecobloc enables rapid installation, supports green construction practices, and upholds the highest safety standards in line with modern development needs. Case studies and practical applications will be shared to demonstrate how this system integrates seamlessly with regulatory compliance while delivering long-term reliability and cost efficiency.
