More than 30 years experiences of data operation, wholesale services and network operation. Responsible in managing all TM's network(fixed, mobile, IPTV, Submarine, Satellite and Data Centre) and customer end services (ie Smart Services) availability with continuous connectivity enabled by excellent operational practices.Continuously embraces Network Intelligence Centre (NIC)transformation activities including digitalization and automation to ensure TM’s network assets are well maintained with optimum cost,fastest resolution network incidents and immediate restoration of services. NIC strives to provide excellent customer experience and highest level of customer services with the empowerment of Service Operations Centre in realising NIC mission and vision. NIC maintains optimal network operations across variety of platforms, medium and channels in ensuring network availability is stable all the time so that TM services can be delivered in a timely manner as expected by customers.
