SYNOPSIS
More and more engineering firms are looking at getting their staff to be qualified with micro-credentials. Micro-credentials are mini-qualifications that demonstrate skills, knowledge, and/or experience in a given subject area or capability. They exist to meet the needs of the education sector, industry and its lifelong learners.
There is no absolute definition for micro-credentials in terms of period of study, range of content or specific forms of assessment. However, certain components are widely recognized as key characteristics of micro-credentials. This talk gives an insight into micro-credentials from design, putting the correct resources in place and compliance towards public offering in Malaysia
