SYNOPSIS

This webinar programme will share the key information and preparation that the participants need to know to be successfully registered as the Registered Electrical Energy Manager (REEM) with Energy Commission with the comprehensive step-by-step guidance by the experienced officer from Energy Commission. Moreover, this includes with the responsibilities of a REEM as well the do’s and don’ts of a REEM.


BIODATA OF SPEAKER

Ir. Francis Xavier Jacob

Ir. Francis Xavier Jacob graduated with a B.Eng (Hons) in Electrical Engineering from University of Malaya and M.Sc in Environment from Universiti Putra Malaysia. He is a Professional Engineer with Practising Certificate registered with Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM) and a Registered Electrical Energy Manager (REEM) and a Competent Electrical  Engineer with Energy Commission Malaysia. He has been with Department of Electricity and Gas and Energy Commission Malaysia since 1991. He is actively involved in standard development and chairs the Technical Committee on Energy Management and sits in various Working Committees.
