Notice is hereby given that the 32nd Annual General Meeting of Geotechnical Engineering Technical Division (GETD), IEM will be held on 12th June 2021 (Saturday) at 9.00 A.M. via VIRTUAL (ZOOM Platform).
STANDARD OPERATION PROCEDURES (SOPs)
To comply with MKN’s SOP of limited movement “IN” and “OUT” of an event, this Annual General Meeting shall be conducted via Virtual. Pre - Registration is REQUIRED via ONLINE

1. Opening Address by the Chairman of Session 2020/2021.
2. Confirmation of Minutes of the 31st Annual General Meeting held on 26th September 2020
3. Matters Arising.
4. To receive and adopt the Secretary’s Report for the Session 2020/2021.
5. To receive and adopt the Financial Statement for the Session ending 31 December 2020.
6. Election of the New Office Bearers for the Session 2021/2022.
7. Address by the Chairman of Session 2021 / 2022.
8. Any Other Business (AOB).
