SYNOPSIS
YEAFEO representing the Young Engineers of the national engineering organizations under the umbrella of the ASEAN Federation of Engineering Organizations (AFEO), compromising members engaged in the common professional pursuit of engineering, aware of the important role of engineering to the advancement of the social, economic and industrial development of the ASEAN Region. YEAFEO Conference is held annually together with the Conference of AFEO (CAFEO) and each Young Engineers Section of AFEO member country will gather at respective CAFEO host country. This talk will share about the Young Engineers involvement in AFEO.

BIODATA OF SPEAKER
Mr. Kuugan Thangarajoo
Secretary General, YEAFEO
Mr. Kuugan Thangarajoo is a Project Engineer with over 4 years’ experience in oil & gas industry in Malaysia. He is a registered Graduate Engineer with Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM) and a registered Professional Technologist with Malaysian Board of Technologist (MBOT). He is the current Chairman of Young Engineers Section (IEM-YES), Malaysia and also the Secretary General of Young Engineers of ASEAN Federation of Engineering Organizations (YEAFEO).
