SYNOPSIS
Oil, gas and petrochemical facilities handle hazardous substances and processes that may result in major fire, explosion and toxic-release scenarios. An effective Fire Safety Design Philosophy (FSDP) systematically translates these hazards and risks into appropriate prevention, protection and emergency-response measures.
This webinar provides an overview of F-SSDP development, updating and submission, including stakeholder roles, standards and codes, risk assessment, prevention management, active and passive fire protection, fire and gas detection, people safety and emergency response. The session supports preparation of a comprehensive, consistent and risk-based FSDP that meets regulatory requirements and JBPM expectations.
