• Confirmation of Minutes of the 39th Annual General Meeting held on 25th October 2025.
• Matters Arising.
• To receive and adopt the Secretary’s Report for the Session 2025/2026.
• To receive and adopt the Financial Statement for the Session ending 31 July 2025.
• Election of the New Office Bearers for the Session 2026/2027.
• Any Other Business (AOB).
• Address by the Chairman of Session 2026/2027.
