SYNOPSIS
This industrial talk aims to shed light on the optimization of industrial effluent treatment processes to minimize the carbon footprint and contribute to the broader Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) initiatives. The discussion will cover key aspects of the industrial effluent treatment process, including current challenges, innovative solutions, and best practices for enhancing sustainability.
BIODATA OF SPEAKER
Ts. Dr. Thomas Wun Wee Long has more than 20 years of experience as a water treatment specialist in raw water, boilerwater, cooling water and wastewater treatment process. He was certified by the Department of Environment (DOE), Malaysia as a Certified Environmental Professional In the Operation Industrial Effluent Treatment System (CePIETSO) – Biological Process (BP)and Physical Treatment Process (PCP).
