SYNOPSIS

The COVID-19 pandemic has rejuvenated interest to leverage digital technology and improve traditional workflows. Managing distributed teams with remote members is now a challenge every engineering organization faces. This talk explores how a cloud-based collaboration framework may promote the following:

•    Transform workplace collaboration
•    Streamline business processes
•    Connect everyone on a single platform
•    Provide enterprise grade security & compliance

Case studies will demonstrate why current practice using emails may be ill suited to facilitate remote working. A cloud-based solution is suggested to overcome some of these shortcomings. Project performance are monitored by dashboards and provide valuable insight for decision making
