SYNOPSIS

The Outcome-based Professional Interview 3-part webinar series is specially brought to you by the Professional Interview Board of IEM. The speaker will share with you the route to becoming an MIEM/Professional Engineer and strategies on how best to excel in the professional interview. There are three parts to the workshop:

B) Part 2 – Training & Experience Report on 11 July 2020, 12.30 pm – 1.30 pm
    Filling up the 18 Competency Elements
C) Part 3 – Oral Interview Process & Essay Writing on 18 July 2020, 3.00 pm – 4.00 pm


BIODATA OF SPEAKER

Ir. Chen Harn Shean graduated with a B.Eng (Civil) from Universiti Malaya and an M.Eng (Geotech) from National University of Singapore (NUS). He is a Fellow of the Institution of Engineers Malaysia (FIEM) and a registered Professional Engineer (P.Eng) in both Malaysia & Singapore. He has more than twenty (20) years of experience in the engineering consultancy and construction industry. He is currently a Director in a consultancy firm, AC Haimi Sdn Bhd. Ir. Chen also holds the position of IEM Honorary Treasurer, IEM Council Member, and IEM Excomm Member in the current term of 2019/2020. He is also the Chairman of Sub Committee on PI Development and Chairman of Sub Committee on IPEA/APEC Review for the Audit 2020.
