SYNOPSIS
Speaker 1: MR. KEVIN HUGHES Optimizing Cooling Layout for the Data Center
Synopsis: A challenging predicament for facility manager is striking a balance between the complicated and drastic heat output of IT equipment and preventing that heat from damaging the very equipment that creates it. This course discusses various type of cooling equipment and deployment methods for optimal system performance and improved data centre efficiency.
Speaker 2: MR. YAM HONG Specifications of Data Center Power Density
Synopsis: Conventional method of specifiying data center density can be ambiguous and misleading. Describing Data Center density using watts per square foot or watts per square meter is no longer sufficient. This course explores an improved method of specifying power density.
