IEM YES WOMEN FUTSAL TOURNAMENT 2012 RULES

1.    Group draw will be conduct on the event day at 8.00am. All team leaders must be present to draw for their team for grouping purpose. Late arrived teams have to bear the consequences.
2.    Once the draw is done, the group is finalized and no further changes by any teams.
3.    There is no last minute withdraw and no refundable by any teams.
4.    There will be managers for each court whom will be in charge of the games for each court. Every team captain will be given the games schedule.
5.    All the rules set up by the organizing team must be obeyed by participants.
6.    Each half for group, quarter final stage is 5 minutes and 10 minutes for semifinal and final stage.
7.    There will be group stage, quarter final, semi final, 3rd/4th placing and final.
8.    The TOP 2 from each group will enter the quarter final round.
9.    There are 5 players AND one of which must be a goalkeeper.
10.    Each team may have 8 players maximum with unlimited substitution.
11.    If any teams arrive late, the opponent team will be given winning score 2-0.
12.    When the ball goes out of bounds over the sideline (touchline), it is put back into play with a kick-in. The kick-in cannot go directly into the goal.
13.    When the ball goes out over the end line, it is put back into play either by throwing the ball back into the playing area, or awarding a Corner Kick.
14.    After a goal has been scored, it is put back into play by a kick off.
15.    Players can score from anywhere on the field.
16.    No slide tackling or shoulder charging. All fouls are penalized as in 11 a side soccer. The opponent must be five yards away from the ball at the time of the kick.
17.    No off-sides.
18.    Goal Clearances. When the ball passes over the goal line having last been played by an attacker the game is restarted by a goal clearance. This must be done by the goalkeeper and the ball must be thrown directly out of the penalty area.
19.    If the ball hits the roof a kick is taken by the other team opposite to where the ball hit the roof.
20.    Goalkeepers cannot receive the ball by hand or feet after releasing the ball from their possession unless it has been touched by the opposition or passed over the half way line. This also applies to a goal clearance.
21.    Goalkeepers must release the ball within four seconds of gaining control of the ball.
22.    At free kicks, kick in and corner kicks all opponents must be 5 meters from the ball and the ball must be out unto play with four seconds of taking possession of it.
23.    In case fighting scenes created by any teams, the team will be disqualified immediately and the entire teams are required to evacuate the premise.
