SYNOPSIS
This one‑day, hands‑on program builds a practical foundation in the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG). We move from core concepts and global context to the mechanics of ESG in strategy, operations, and reporting—covering frameworks (GRI/ISSB/TCFD), materiality, risk, greenwashing safeguards, and near‑term trends (green finance, AI, and the shift from circularity to regeneration). The day culminates in a guided Action Lab where each participant drafts a concise ESG plan with priorities, roles, timelines, and a reporting/communication pathway.
