Who can participate?
• Undergraduate students

What to submit?
• Proposed theme and justification
• Sub-themes with rationale
• Proposed 1 day structured itinerary
• Suggested keynote speakers and strategic partners
• Target audience and expected impacts
• National, ASEAN, or global positioning potential
• One-page executive summary
• Supporting literature review with reference for the justification of the above proposal

Who can participate?
• Undergraduate students

What to submit?
• A-page virtual poster in English, pdf format and A1 size in potrait orientation with size not
exceeding 25 MB
• All files must be submitted as a PDF and named as Full Name (1 author)_Institution Name
(i.e. Ali bin Abu_Universiti ABC)
• A write up in DOC format between 2,000 and 2,400 words describing the poster
• Poster must include IEM logo
