BIODATA OF SPEAKER
Major Dr. Prebagaran Jayaraman (Retired)
Major Dr. Prebagaran Jayaraman (Retired) holds a PhD in Engineering Business Management from UTM and brings over three decades of hands-on leadership experience. As a former project team member of the New Generation Patrol Vessel, he witnessed how power skills drive complex project failure and success. He is a Project Management Professional (PMP) and PMI Risk Management Professional (PMI-RMP).
