• Confirmation of Minutes of the 27th Annual General Meeting held on 08 March 2025.

• To receive and adopt the Secretary’s Report for the Session 2025/2026.
• To receive and adopt the Financial Statement for the Session ending 31 January 2026.
• Election of the New Office Bearers for the Session 2026/2027.
