SYNOPSIS   

The PETRONAS Project Command Centre (PCC) is a central hub established with the aim of transforming project management with real-time data, artificial intelligence and digital tools. This hub enhances visibility, transparency and efficiency for faster decision-making between project sites and home office.

One of the key components of the PCC is Human–AI in Process (HIP), which leverages Artificial Intelligence (AI) to redefine risk management by seamlessly integrating Prediction, Preparation, Prevention and Preservation in ensuring a proactive, data driven approach to safeguarding operations and enhancing HSE excellence.

The visit will allow the participants to understand and experience first-hand the HIP comprehensive suite of AI solutions comprising:

•   Smart Risk Analytics (SRA): Prioritizes activities to address top predicted risks, ensuring
     resources are focused where they are needed most.
•   Smart Advisor (SA): Accelerates speed to knowledge by enabling swift access to critical
     insights on HSE hazards, risks and mitigations.
•   Smart Detection & Intervention (SDI): Identifies unsafe acts and conditions in real time,
     enabling timely interventions to prevent incidents before they escalate
