SYNOPSIS

The ongoing US trade protectionism measures and regional conflicts in the Middle East have impacted all the businesses worldwide, including those in Malaysia. These events have resulted to increase in raw materials and logistics prices, which is very challenging for businesses to thrive.

To become more competitive, businesses must continually strive to improve their operational performance. One effective approach is by adopting Lean Practices, a concept pioneered by Toyota Motor Company. Lean Practices are designed to enhance efficiency by eliminating waste and non-value-added activities. By embracing this technique, businesses can streamline their processes, reduce costs, and deliver better value to their customers. In a nutshell, Lean Practices offer a powerful solution for businesses that are seeking to optimize their operations and achieve sustainable growth in the long run.

This webinar will give an overview on the following topic:
•  What is Lean Practices?
•  8 types of Waste in Lean Practices
•  Real life examples of Lean Practices in action!
