The talk will also cover governance, safety, and change management in regulated environments.

Dr. Chong Yen Fook

Dr. Chong Yen Fook is currently serving as Senior Manager, Smart Factory at CIBA Vision Johor, leading Smart Factory initiatives in a high-volume, regulated manufacturing environment. His expertise spans MES/SCADA integration, OEE improvement, and practical AI/ML applications on production lines. With extensive experience in digital transformation and operational excellence, Dr. Chong focuses on leveraging advanced technologies to enhance productivity and compliance in manufacturing operations.
