SPEAKERS BIODATA

1. Ir. Yim Hon Wa B.Sc. (Mech)(UK), P.Eng, FIEM, MACEM, MASHRAE, ASEAN Eng., CEng, FIMechE - Has been in the engineering industry for over 40 years. He specializes in airconditioning mechanical ventilation, fire protection, hydraulic systems and other mechanical building services. He now holds the position of deputy chairman in the Institution of Engineers, Malaysia (IEM) and the vice chairman in the engineering accreditation council.


2. Mr. Bryan Lee Yuen Hwa University of Bolton, UK – Bachelor in Accounting (1996-1998) James Cook University, Australia – MBA, Master in Business Administration (2001-2003) - Mr. Bryan Lee currently holds the title of sales and marketing manager and the head of the technical department for VIC Engineering Sdn. Bhd. He has been in this industry for more than 20 years with extensive experience in fire suppression and fire alarm systems.


3. Mr. George Wang Master in Electrical Engineering - Mr. George Wang is the Co-Founder and Chairman of Shenyang P.T. Security Technology Co., Ltd., bringing over 27 years of experience in the security industry. Throughout his career, he has received numerous individual and corporate accolades. He has published three journals on fire alarm systems and led the Research & Development department for fire alarm products for eight years. In addition, he has spent 13 years in corporate management, contributing significantly to the company’s strategic growth and innovation.

4. With over two decades of experience in international sales and market development, Ms. Cynthia Cui has successfully expanded business operations across multiple industries. As International Sales Manager at Beijing P.T. Security Technology Co., Ltd. from 2014 to 2025, she played a key role in growing the global market for Linear Heat Detectors, identifying new opportunities, and forging strategic partnerships. Prior to that, from 2005 to 2012, she contributed to Audiocode Inc. as International Sales Manager for telecommunication products, strengthening customer relationships and driving international expansion. With a strong track record in business development, sales strategy, and global market growth, Ms. Cynthia Cui continues to make an impact in international trade and corporate leadership.


5. Ms. Yuanbo Liu is a China-registered Class 1 Construction Engineer and Electrical Engineer with over 25 years of experience in fire suppression systems, construction, and technical management. Currently serving as Technical Department Vice Director at Shenyang P.T. Security Technology Co., Ltd., she has played a key role in overseeing engineering operations and advancing technical solutions. Her career spans leadership roles in Shenyang Tong Shi Da Auto Fire Suppression Co., Ltd. and Shenyang Tong Shi Da Construction Group, where she managed M&E projects and contributed to innovative fire suppression technologies. With a strong foundation in engineering, management, and technical development, Ms. Yuanbo Liu continues to make a significant impact in the industry.


6. Ms. Dong XiaoXiao - Masters in Engineering, Major in Safety Science & Engineering. Ms. Dong has been in the fire industry for more than 15 years. She currently serves as a regional manager at Hydrocore, where she leads multiple ongoing tests focused on battery fire behaviour and suppression
