• Confirmation of Minutes of the 34th Annual General Meeting held on 14 December 2024.
• Matters Arising.
• To receive and adopt the Secretary’s Report for the Session 2024/2025.
• To receive and adopt the Financial Statement for the Session ending 30 November 2025.
• Election of the New Office Bearers for the Session 2025/2026.
• Any Other Business (AOB).
• Address by the Chairman of Session 2025/2026.
