SYNOPSIS
Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) represents a trio of foundational pillars critical to the frameworks guiding businesses towards sustainable and ethical practices. ESG encompasses a series of strategies supported by a structured action plan and clear, transparent communication about the outcomes of these strategies. It forms the basis of a thorough report and marks the initial step towards crafting a strategy that assists a corporation in establishing objectives, tracking progress, and addressing sustainability-related impacts and challenges. This process is pivotal for providing stakeholders with a clearer insight into the company's direction. The primary objective of ESG is to identify and address all non-financial risks and opportunities that are part and parcel of a company's everyday operations, thereby fostering a holistic approach to sustainability and corporate responsibility.
