SYNOPSIS

This half day technical workshop shall concentrate on the configurations of UPS, back – up batteries installations, and selection and installation of uninterruptible power supply system (UPS) for low voltage electrical installations to MS IEC / IEC 60364–5–56: : Low–voltage electrical installations–Part 5– 56: Selection and erection of electrical equipment –Safety services and specialized applications such as data centre. This workshop is targeted especially for regulators, electrical installation designers, consulting engineers, operations, service and maintenance technical personals.

SPEAKER BIODATA

Ir. Chin Kok You is a professional engineer with practicing certificate (Electrical) registered with BEM. Ir. Chin has extensive electrical installation design and site engineering experience as well as teleco. Network and facilities engineering experience. He is currently executive director of Critical Engineering (M) Sdn. Bhd., as Principal Consultant to plan, engineering design, and build of mission critical facilities for IT Data Centre, telco, facilities
services, green buildings and other mission critical environment.

Mr. Nicolas Tellier graduated with BTS Electrical Engineering (BTEC Higher National Diploma), alternately UFA Maurice Rondeau (France) in 2004. He has extensive engineering experience in electronic and manufacturing engineering, especially UPS. Since 1st April 2017, He is senior UPS field engineer in Legrand, Singapore Pte Ltd. responsible for maintenance, operations and hands-on troubleshooting of UPS systems, and provide coordination
and project management for the installation and contracts management
