2. Confirmation of Minutes of the 18th Annual General Meeting held on 13th August 2022.

4. To receive and adopt the Secretary’s Report for the Session 2022/2023.
5. To receive and adopt the Financial Statement for the years ending 31st December 2022 and 30th September 2023.
