Notice of 53rd Annual General Meeting (AGM)

In accordance with the IEM Graduate and Student Section’s Bylaws and Regulations (No. 39), notice is hereby given that the 53rd Annual General Meeting will be held as follows:-

Date : 24th June 2023 (Saturday)
Time    : 9.00 a.m. - 11.00 a.m.
Venue : IEM Virtual Zoom

Agenda:
1.  Opening Address by Chairman for Session 2022/2023.
2.  Confirmation of Minutes of the 52nd Annual General Meeting held on 25th June 2022.
3.  Graduate and Student Section’s (Young Engineers Section) Annual Report and
     Financial Statements.
4.  Results of Election of Office Bearers for Session 2023/2024 and Appointment of Internal
     Auditors.
5.  Any Other Business*
