Panasonic's first air conditioner company in Malaysia was established in 1972 to make window-type air conditioner. Today, its primary activities are in the production of room air conditioners, commercial air conditioners, air-to-water and component parts. PAPAMY factory occupies a site of about 200,000 square metres and is equipped with ultra-modern facilities from Japan.
