SYNOPSIS
This presentation will discuss Extra Low Voltage system design concepts, cabling standards, applications, technologies, and trends of today. The speakers will discuss in-depth on topics such as cabling parameters that enables demanding performance requirements, the considerations in cabling and connectivity product selection, as well as structured cabling design and topologies.
SPEAKER'S PROFILE
1) Ir. LEE CHENG PAY
Ir. Lee Cheng Pay is former IEC Young Professionals representing Malaysia to IEC YP workshop in 2015 at Belarus. He is currently Deputy Chairman of Electrical Engineering Technical Division of The Institution of Engineers Malaysia (EETD IEM). In Standard Development, he had become the member for various working group member. At work, Ir. Lee Cheng Pay in an Electrical Professional Electrical Engineer graduated from University Malaya in 2008 and had dedicated the last 14 years of his career to Engineering Consultancy Practice. He has established his technical skills in various projects by having vast exposure to many large-scale Electrical System. He was involved in various types of industries including Residential, Factories, Shopping Complex, Data Centre, Government Project, Office Building, Renewable Energy Plant, Institutional Building, Theme Park, Airport and Hospital. He enjoys meeting people in the engineering fraternity.
2) MR.TAN AIK HONG
Mr. Tan Aik Hong is the Senior Sales Director in Belden and leads Belden businesses covering both Industrial and Enterprise markets in Japan, Korea and Southeast Asia. In his 15 years with Belden, Mr. Tan was responsible for and enjoyed great success with Yokogawa, a Belden Global account, and managed a team of Global account managers for Global Account Program in APAC. Mr Tan graduated from Nanyang Technological University with Bachelor Degree of Electrical & Electronic Engineering in 2002
