SYNPOSIS
While we are increasingly relying on electricity on our daily activities, have you ever wonder what are the main power generation technologies adopted in our country? and whether the current fuel mix in producing the electricity can continue to provide affordable and reliable electricity supply in the years to come.
With the rapidly growing electricity generation using renewable resources globally, many have hoped that it will emerge as the main resource for electricity generation locally and reshape the electricity supply industry in the country. Will this be possible in the near future?
This talk aims to provide a platform to discuss on the various power generation technologies available in the country as well as the viable renewable resources that could be adopted.
