Ir. Thoo Hoi Hian

Ir. Thoo Hoi Hian, have more than 15+ years of professional experience in the field of civil engineering focusing on design management of mega projects varied from Urban Transit Projects to residential landed and highrise. Currently he is the Head of Design Gamuda IBS and leading a team of multidisciplinary group of professionals consisting of architects, M&E Engineers, BIM Managers and Civil Engineers. A significant portion of his experience deals with creating value for the projects and ensuring cost optimised and value engineering solution. Well verse in stakeholder management to ensure timely approvals and smooth project implementation. Deals with using the latest technology to improve project productivity and to create high value product in the project.
