BIODATA OF SPEAKERS

Dr Ng Soon Min, IEM; Prof. Keh-Jian Shou, CIE; Dr Cheng Liu, CIE; Mr. Cheng-Hsien Chang, CIE and Ms. Hsin-Chi Hung, CIE

Dr Ng Soon Mi graduated from Universiti Sains Malaysia in 2009 in Bachelor of Civil Engineering and currently a lecturer in Heriott Watt University Malaysia Campus

Prof Keh-Jian Shou is currently working with Department of Civil Engineering, National Chung-Hsing University, Taiwan (since 1994). He get his Ph.D. degree in Civil Engineering from University of Minnesota, U.S.A. (1993). His specialties include rock mechanics/rock engineering, engineering geology, trenchless technologies, and geohazard analysis.

Dr Cheng Liu currently work as senior engineer in Department of Rapid Transit Engineering, CECI Engineering Consultants, Inc. He graduated from National Chi Nan University, Nantou, Taiwan in Bachelor of Engineering in 2010.

Mr. Cheng-Hsien Chang graduated in Bachelor of Civil and Environmental Engineering in 2010 from National University of Kaoshiung, Taiwan and then further study in 2012 in Master of Civil Engineering from National Chiao Tung University, Taiwan. He is currently a Professional Geotechnical Engineer in Taiwan.

Ms. Hung earned her B.S. and M.S. degrees from Civil Engineering Department at National Cheng Kung University, Taiwan, in 2016 and 2018, respectively. Ms. Hung was mainly responsible for site surveys, instrument maintenance, and data analysis until 2019. She then entered Geotechnical Engineering Department of Moh and Associates, Inc. as an engineer.
