Notice is hereby given that the 20th Annual General Meeting of the Tunnelling & Underground Space Technical Division, IEM will be held on 05TH SEPTEMBER 2020 (Saturday) at 11.00 A.M. at the MALAKOFF AUDITORIUM, Ground Floor, Wisma IEM, Petaling Jaya

AGENDA

1.    Opening Address by the Chairman of Session 2019/2020.
2.    Confirmation of Minutes of the 19th Annual General Meeting held on 27 April 2019.
3.    Matters Arising.
4.    To receive and adopt the Secretary’s Report for the Session 2019/2020.
5.    To receive and adopt the Financial Statement for the Session ending 31 December 2019.
6.    Election of the New Office Bearers for the Session 2020/2021.
7.    Address by the Chairman of Session 2020 / 2021.
8.    Any Other Business (AOB).

NOTE

- Members attending AGM, MUST ATTEND the Pre-AGM Talk.
- This is to comply with MKN’s SOP of limited movement “IN” and “OUT” of an event.
- Pre - Registration is REQUIRED via ONLINE.
- NO Walk-In ALLOWED.


Further Details

I.     Hand sanitiser will be available at the entrance of IEM Building.
       Members must sanitise their hands every time they enter IEM Building.
II.    Temperature Screening will be done at the registration counter at Ground Floor.
       Members who have a body temperature of 37.5 ° Celsius or show any symptoms
       will not be allowed to enter the Lecture Hall.
III.  Members are highly encouraged to wear face masks at their own costs throughout
       the duration in the IEM Building.
IV.   Scanning of CPD will be done at the registration counter at Ground Floor.
       Non-member to produce their MyKAD for scanning and recording purpose.  
V.    Social distancing must be maintained at all times.
       All Members must maintain a distance of 1 meter from each other.
VI.   All Members to be seated at least 1m apart from each other.
VII.  Members strictly advised to follow the entry and exit guides.
