SYNOPSIS

Lot LMN is located at the northeast of Kuala Lumpur City Centre Precint development between Persiaran KLCC and Jalan Binjai. The proposed development was previously a multilevel carpark facility. It is an integrated Transit Oriented Development (TOD). It will also serve as access link for MRT commuters to LRT Line via existing KLCC LRT Station. As TOD, it co-exists with the MRT station development. The concourse and underground carpark will be fully integrated with the upcoming Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) station. Timely completion of the project is crucial to ensure all the required deliverables are met. The delivery of the project is scheduled to match with MRT’s commissioning of the station in 2022, with interval milestones or the interfacing works such as the tunnel excavation and track laying activities. The podium retail completion and the tower raft are scheduled to be completed in time for the completion of MRT KL East Station by September 2022 and the super tall tower is proposed to be constructed in the future as bound within the Mutual Agreement. Henceforth all the key elements in the building design have to be finalized and accordance with the Mutual Agreement and Suruhanjaya Pengangkutan Awam Darat (SPAD) requirement under the Railways Protection Act (1991).
