Notice of 50th Annual General Meeting (AGM)

In accordance with the IEM Graduate and Student Section’s Bylaws and Regulations (No. 39), notice is hereby given that the 50th Annual General Meeting will be held as follows:-

Date: 8th August 2020 (Saturday)
Time: 9.00 a.m.
Venue: Auditorium Malakoff, Ground Floor, Wisma IEM, Petaling Jaya        


Agenda:

1.  Opening Address by Chairman for Session 2019/2020
2.  Confirmation of Minutes of the 49th Annual General Meeting held on 23rd June 2019
3.  Graduate and Student Section’s (Young Engineers Section) Annual Report and Financial
     statements
4.  Results of Election of Office Bearers for Session 2020/2021 and Appointment of Internal
     Auditors
5.  Any Other Business*

1. In conjunction with the 50th AGM, there will be no pre-AGM talk  
2. You need to pre-register before 1st August 2020 5.00 pm if you are interested to attend the AGM
3. Walk-in strictly NOT allowed
4. Limited to 50 participants only (first come basis)
