SYNOPSIS
SPC Industries Sdn Bhd specializing in precast concrete business, was established in 2002, (Ulu Choh’s factory) and their Sg Gadut, Senawang branch (Land area: +/- 140 acres) was set up in year 2012 to capture and fulfil the rapid construction of KVMRT SBK Line & other upcoming projects in Klang Valley & Central region.
SPC is a wholly – owned subsidiary of Kimlun Corporation Berhad, which is a public listed company in Malaysia. SPC is certified to ISO9001:2008 Quality Management System standard, and is also recognised by Building & Construction Authority (BCA) Singapore as a precast concrete product supplier.
SPC has extensive experiences in manufacturing of underground Precast Tunnel Lining Segments (TLS), Elevated Viaducts Segmental Box Girders (SBG) for both Singapore – Mass Rapid Transport and Cable Tunnel, and Klang Valley Mass Rapid Transport – KVMRT Line 1 & 2, Manjung Power Plant Water Intake Tunnel, Pantai Dalam Sewerage Treatment Plant Phase 1 (Sewerage Tunnel). SPC also manufacture Industrialised Building System (IBS) products, Reinforced Concrete Jacking Pipes, RC standard products such as box culverts, U-drains, sleepers for Railway application or any other custom-made precast products.
The participants of this Technical Visit has an opportunity to get real close to the TLS and SBG casting yard and gain better insights of the productions and operation of precast concrete plant. NOTE:
A) Personal Protective Equipment to bring along (PPE)
1. Safety shoes 2. Safety hat 3. Safety Vest
Please bring your own PPE, especially safety shoes, because the factory may not have your shoe size.
B) The visit is strictly limited to 30 participants registered on a first-come, first-served basis.
