This seminar presents an overview of the entire cleanroom from introduction to the protocol and safety. The basics of the cleanroom encompass cleanroom system design and considerations, cleanroom general design guidelines, types, components and support systems. Cleanroom protocol and safety is a very important part where how the occupants operate and maintain its functionality. Some lesson learn from the industry will share how to avoid the over cost on operation and maintenance on the cleanroom.
About The Speaker
Ir. Heng, Lee Sun, graduated from University Science of Malaysia in 2008 with a Master of Science in Project Management. In 2002, she obtained Degree with Honors from University Sabah Malaysia in Civil Engineering. She has more than 13 years’ experience in construction industry and covered the working experiences in Consultancy, Developer and Multinational Company.
For the past 5 years, Ir. Heng holds the Regional Structural Engineer position responsible for the Assembly Test and Manufacturing (ATM) project and activities across Asia Pacific. Besides, she also the Design Manager for the tool install, base-built, Data Center and Lab project in Penang Malaysia. In her daily job, cleanroom is a part of her job site. Dealing with the cleanroom environment, she has extra caution during design criteria and standard. Currently, Ir. Heng begin her research in materials especially in cement-less concrete green design. She is currently executive committee member for IEM Penang Branch since 2014 and also actively participated in IEM WE, BEM and NGOs activities.
