ABOUT Q-CELLS MALAYSIA SDN BHD Q-Cells Malaysia Sdn Bhd, the second production facility of the Q-Cells Group, is located at Selangor Science Park II, Cyberjaya. With groundbreaking in June 2008, the production facility with more than 30,000 sqm on its 3 levels was built, installed and equipped in a record time of 10 months. Production of solar cells commenced in May 2009. The core business activity of Q-Cells Malaysia is the manufacturing and distribution of high performance crystalline solar cells. All 4 production lines in operation bring together a production capacity of 670 MW. Q-Cells Malaysia currently ships its solar cells to many countries across the globe. Its crystalline solar cells are also assembled to solar modules via a subcontractor in Malaysia.
