SYNOPSIS
Corporate Social Responsibility” How it can improve your profits. Since the introduction of Agenda 21 in 1992 by the United Nations, business leaders worldwide have been introducing the goals of "sustainable development" into their business operations. In order to make Sustainable Development relevant to business organizations the term “Triple Bottom Line” was developed and the concept “Corporate Social Responsibility” (CSR) was created. This presentation, discusses on how an organization’s CSR can help improve profits while satisfying the necessary environmental and social responsibilities in its bid to be more sustainable through human capital management, product, environmental and waste management.
