Now he offers consultancy services to Property Owners and often the do and don’t in the design, layout and ease of maintenance of installed systems will be the main focus. BIODATA OF SPEAKER

Mr. Richard Chan is one of the leading pioneers in Malaysia shopping centre and high-rise retail complex management industry and has over 33 years of experience.

He was the founder member and is one of the past presidents (1987-2006) of Malaysia Shopping Malls Association, which is also known as PPK Malaysia.

He is also a member of FIABCI Malaysia and was the Vice President in 2005.
