Objective
Non Destructive Testing (NDT) methods determine the welding integrity of materials and its characteristics without doing any harm to the materials. The course gives an overview of the more advanced NDT methods commonly used in industry, the principles behind them, their applications and advantages. These NDT methods are :
a. Phased array ultrasonic b. Time of Flight Diffraction (TOFD) c. Computer Radiography d. Auto Ultrasonic Testing (AUT)
