Ts. Dr. Indera Shaiful Baharudin

Ts. Dr. Indera Shaiful Baharudin is a distinguished Organization Transformation practitioner. With 18 years of leadership experience in hightech companies specializing in Green Technology and Oil & Gas sectors, he is renowned for his expertise in transformation across 12 industries. Dr. Indera Shaiful has developed a proprietary sustainable diagnostic framework that has successfully led 26 multinational transformation projects.

Dr. Indera Shaiful holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Multimedia University, which he obtained in 2005. He then pursued a Master's degree in Engineering Management from Universiti Teknologi Mara (UiTM), graduating in 2012. In 2022, he furthered his academic achievements by completing his PhD in Mechanical Engineering from the same university. Dr. Indera is a certified Culture Transformation Consultant and a certified Professional Technologist in Green Technology. With extensive senior management experience, he is known for his ability to drive efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction. He excels in turnarounds, startups, international business, and improving overall performance.
