Notice is hereby given that the 24th Annual General Meeting of the Oil, Gas and Mining Technical Division, IEM will be held on 13 December 2014 (Saturday) at 11.00 am, at the TUS and C&S Lecture Rooms, 2nd Floor, Wisma IEM, Petaling Jaya, Selangor.

1. Opening Address by the Chairman of Session 2013/2014.
2. Confirmation of Minutes of the 23rd Annual General Meeting held on 14 December 2013.
3. Matters Arising.
4. To receive and adopt the Secretary’s Report for the Session 2013/2014.
5. To receive and adopt the Financial Statement for the period ending 30 November 2014.
6. Election of the New Office Bearers for the Session 2014/2015.
7. Address by the Chairman for Session 2014/2015.
8. Any Other Business.
