SYNOPSIS
The presentation will cover the introduction of Industry 5.0, the sharing of Malaysia policy in the implementation of Industry 4.0, and the emerging technology in the construction industry such as Building Information Modelling (BIM), Industrialised Building System (IBS), Drone Technology, and other emerging technologies. The recommendations on how the construction industry can move towards digital transformation will also be discussed.
BIODATA OF SPEAKER
Ir. Ts. WONG CHEE FUI
Ir. Wong is a Specialist at UTAR. He holds an MSc degree in Highway and Transport Engineering and a B.Eng. Degree in Civil Engineering, both from UPM. Ir. Wong is a Professional Engineer(PEPC); Fellow of ASEAN Academy of Engineering and Technology, Fellow of IEM , Fellow of TAM and current IEM Council Member from 2021-2024.
